Not able to detect pdf

I have purchased new kobo aura h2o but not able to find my pdf files after copying them on ereader. Any help from friends around here using kobo is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where did you copy them to on the device?

You should put them in the root directory, or create your own directory. Don't put them in the .kobo directory or any other directory beginning with a dot.
