Calibre not seeing Kobo Glo

I've run the debug and it confirms that Calibre is not detecting the device. Kaspersky sees it and asks if I want to debug it. Anyway, here is the debug file:

What do you mean by this? Or more to the point, what does Kapersky mean by this?

Those lines suggest that the device hasn't been mounted properly. With the Kapersky message, my bet would be that it is blocking it for some reason. Try disabling Kapersky and connecting again.
