Aura HD Kepub images - full-screen automatically?

Hello all --

I'm currently reading a book that has several chapters where each page is an image (photos of hand written notes, for example). Though I can double-click on each page to zoom the image to full screen, this gets kind of annoying after 30 pages or so.

Is there no setting in which by default images will zoom to full screen? I tried the ImageZoom=true setting in the .conf file, but that had no effect.

Or must I edit the book, placing an SVG tag on each image. I hope not!

For books in KePub format the first page (cover page) is automatically zoomed to maximum size, but other than that it is up to the publisher to specify the size of the image, and if they haven't done that correctly then I don't think there is any way to fix it other than editing the book.
