Bad conversion of foreign quotes
I used Calibre to convert a .txt file to .epub, and it mangled all of the german-style quotation marks. »Nein« became ťNeinŤ everywhere. It looks like I can do a search and replace in the html files to fix them by hand, but is there a way I can get Calibre to preserve them properly? It's a pain to do manually, plus, I don't know if there are other characters that it may have had issues with.
