No more downloading metadata

Since I updated Calibre, I cannot dowload metadata anymore. I get the following error messages (here is Amazon, but i get the same error for Google):

Something on your computer, most likely your antivirus program or firewall is blocking calibre from connecting to the net. Disable the antivirus/firewall or exclude calibre from it and you will be fine.

I already had a firewall rule to allow Calibre.exe through the Windows 7 firewall but it was not enough.
I have created new outbound rules for all other *.exe found in the Calibre2 directory, and it works fine (I don't know which one was blocked).
