delete an attribute + value during calibre conversion

Hi there !

I know Calibre could remove an attribute in the CSS via the look and feel panel. I mainly use it to delete the "line-height" which I prefer to manage with my Kobo ereader.

The fact is I also want to suppress the paragraph alignment in CSS to manage it the same way. But if I tell Calibre to suppress "text-align" , all alignment, even those not in paragraph, are wiped.

I'm searching a way to tell Calibre to suppress only "text-align: justify;" or "text-align: left;". This way, the alignment of the title, etc. are kept but the Kobo could manage the alignment of the main text.

Is there a way to achieve this in mass conversion ?

On OSX the Calibre Look and feel settings propose me 3 cases : original (which does nothing but if the book is already hard justify or hard left, I'm done), left (which hard encode text-align: left; and the kobo can't override this) and justify (which hard encode text-align: justify; which can be override too)... This was the reason of my seemingly stupid question

I read there ( http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/conv...#miscellaneous ) there is an option to turn off this behavior but i can't find it in on my screen :
