Decal for Kobo Aura H2O by Decal Girl?

Hello, whilst browsing the Kobo Aura H2O tag on Instagram I stumbled upon pictures of a couple of H2O Kobos with cute decals that were all bought at a website called Decal Girl.

I found a couple of really cute decals there that I would consider for my Kobo H2O, but I am not sure how well they hold up, specially considering I will be using my Kobo on the bathtub, and while the device is waterproof, I have no idea if the decal is, too.

Does anyone here have a decal by that place (or any other, really) on a Kobo H2O? How is it holding up? Is it waterproof?

thank you in advance

Do you have a link to the decals?

Another site that names the h-two-oh h-twenty... It shows choosing that name was a bad idea.

I have one, and really like it. It isn't peeling off at all and is holding up very well. I don't immerse my H2O, so I can't report on waterproof-ness, but I have cleaned it with a damp cloth which had no effect on the decal. Also see this thread.

I have one on my H2O and one on my Nook Glowlight. I got the NGL one because an all white device is just asking to become dirty and marked up. I got the H2O one because I wasn't a fan of the semi-gloss finish on the front of the H2O.

Both have held up very well, though I haven't bathed with either. I suspect an accidental dip or two wont hurt the decal, but I wouldn't suggest holding it or leaving it underwater for long periods of time. Even the H2O only claims 30 minutes of water proof-ness, and I'd be loathe to dip it for anything near that time anyway.

I've had a decalgirl skin on my H2O since the beginning (and I was at a Fnac in Paris before they had time to put it out, but they kindly went to fetch one for me), and I regularly wash it all with sponge and dishwashing liquid - no problems.

Thank you all so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it!

I got my H2O today, and I am head over heels in love. Could any (or all, haha) of you post how your Kobos look with their decals? I am debating weather I should go with a leopard print, flowers or feathers. Decisions, decisions.

I had a plain dark navy blue skin on 2 of my silver Sony 350 readers for several years, and they are extremely durable. I read out in the sun a lot and there was no fading, no pulling up at the corners at all. You'll be able to reposition it when you first put it on, but after that, they stay firmly in place and adhere to the reader without any problems. If and when you do decide to remove the skin, there is zero residue left over, the reader is perfectly clean afterwards. The skins also made the front metal more comfortable to hold on the Sony when in the hot sun (not a problem on the Kobo readers at all). I would think they'd be pretty waterproof, seems like a very good quality supple plastic material.

My wife's H2O has a decalgirl skin, as does my Kindle and my Phone.
I haven't had any problems with skins I have bought there, although Skinnit makes heavier duty skins for the devices they cover.
