Option --creator not recognized by ebook-convert
Curiously, when converting from html to epub, ebook-convert (in command line) does not recognize any option
--creator="...." but creates in the file "content.opf" a line "<dc:creator>....</dc:creator>" It's not a big problem because you can set the creator with ebook-edit, but it's a (little) lost of time.
