Question about TTS and Neo Reader with custom home screen

Hello,
I installed ADW Launcher and it made using Neo Reader impossible because it seems not to be a standalone app but so called "activity". Is there some way to run it when using a custom launcher instead of the default launcher screen?

I have one more problem: When I use TTS in the default reader, it only reads first line of text and then it stops. Is there some way to make it read continuously?

I think if you can get the Android to do "Open with ..." when you try to open a book the Neo Reader will be listed as an option. It all depends on how you open the books ...
