				Return Kobo Book
			  How do I return a book to Kobo for a refund. I have searched there help section and could not find any help. Suggestion turning around for emails is 48-60 hours. They suggest people call them but I cannot find a phone number. |

			You might also try: help@kobobooks.com It does sometimes take a day or so to get things sorted out, especially if you have problems on the weekend or a holiday but they do get things sorted. |

			Thanks crich70 I called and they fixed the problem right away. I could not find anything except the option to contact them by a form. |

			Well I had contacted them via the form before about a problem with a book purchase and when I had a 2nd problem I just emailed a reply to the addy and it did reach them. Of course you have to remember to include the title of the book that is giving the trouble (something I forgot to include at 1st), but direct email does work. I know that from experience as they issued me store credit for the book that I couldn't get and it was applied when I bought my next book from them.
