Aura HD doesn't turn on

Hi everyone,

Sorry for this "panic" message...

My Aura HD doesn't turn on any more after patch 3.3 . I grab this patch in this link (https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...=aura+firmware ) mark 4

My Kobo was on 2.5.2 and after my "upgrade" doesn't turn on any more

. Of course I try te reset but still unsuccessful.

When I press the reset the Led flashing as well the screen and nothing...

If I plug to my computer the led turn on but my screen still empty...

PS : Sorry if it's not in a good section ...

What reset are you doing? The pinhole reset, or a factory reset using the buttons?

The suggested steps at this point are:

- Charge the battery. Connect it for at least an hour to make sure it has a good charge.
- Turn the device off by holding the power button in the off position for at least 20 seconds.
- Hold the light button down and tun the device on.
- When the LED starts flashes, release the light button.

That should force a factory reset. If it doesn't work, repeat but hold everything a little longer.

If that still doesn't work, you probably need to restore an image to the internal SD card. You will need to open the Aura HD to do this. An image can be supplied for you to download.

I just use pinhole buton. I

I use this method : Hold the light button down and tun the device on.

And it's work... I confused light button and Power on button.. anyway thank you for your help
