only send column if it does not match another column EDIT: fixed it
EDIT: i fixed it because i am stupid i simply removed the shelf from the books that does not need it and everything works fine.
Hello i have recently switched e-reader from a kobo glo to a Pocketbook Touch Lux 2 and i have been changing how it sends the books to the device i have set it up as a User Defined USB device because it uses generic usb information i have set the save template to: {#myshelves}/{#seriessort:0>2s| | }{series}/{series_index:0>2s| | }{title}{author:| - | } to use a example it saves the books to the device like this The Riftwar Cycle/01 The Riftwar Saga/01 Magician - Raymond E. Feist The Riftwar Cycle/01 The Riftwar Saga/02 Silverthorn - Raymond E. Feist The Riftwar Cycle/02 The Empire/01 Daughter of the Empire - Raymond E. Feist the reason for this is because they all belong in the same universe but have different series i have enough books that it is worth it for me to do it like that however to come to my issue if the book is in the same shelf and has the same series it looks like this: Tales of the Ketty Jay/Tales of the Ketty Jay/01 Retribution Falls - Chris Wooding which is redundant now my question is there a way to have it check if #myshelves and series is the same and if they are the same only send one of them but if they are different send them both like in the top example? to use a bad programming example: if #myshelves == series then {series}/{series_index:0>2s| | }{title}{author:| - | } else {#myshelves}/{#seriessort:0>2s| | }{series}/{series_index:0>2s| | }{title}{author:| - | } Sorry if this is the wrong subforum for this Last edited by INCSlayer; 05-17-2014 at 06:49 AM. |
