Hi everyone, just picked up a second hand Iliad off EBay the other day and thought that I better say hello

I have lots of dumb questian and hope you guys will be patient with me

Anyway I live in Sydney Australia (Menai actually which is around 20k's from the CBD). I run an electrical contracting company and mostly do commercial office fitout in the city.

I have used palm devices for years for my ebook reading but since moving to a Blackberry unit I decided that I needed to up the quality of my reading device.

Don't know if I bought the right reader yet, but I am sure that time will tell

G'Day kgns and welcome to the Forum. Lot's of your countrymen here plus plenty of friendly people worldwide.

Like you, I used Palm devices for years and liked them fine but the ebook readers are a great improvement.

Hi kgns, and welcome from a fellow Aussie, plenty of good, friendly, helpful, people and advice here.
As and aside, don't bother with Dymocks for ebooks, they haven't really got much even though they are the main Iliad sellers in Australia, (if not the only one)
