Exclamation Filenames and dirnames transliteration while exporting to device

Please, make the option to switch off transliteraion while device export. There are a lot of languages other than English. And it is much more comfortable to see my libriray in native language. Today, at 2014 I think there is no problem to use UTF and other technical advantages in modern hard and soft.

Otherwise using the simple directories on the filesystem in the right language is much more convenient than calibre usage.

Just switch it off in option. Thank you very much.

You may be comfortable, but many device behave weird. Some may have 1 of each, so which setting is correct? Less trouble calls if we just do it this way
