Unhappy Kobo Desktop
I have uninstalled Kobo Desktop and re installed it but cannot run it. I keep getting the error message : Kobo/Kobo.exe. is not a valid win32 application
I cannot understand this, I re installed it before without any problems.
Can anyone help please?

What version of windows? Unfortunately Kobo Desktop now requires Windows 7 and above.

The last version to work on XP was 3.8.0, it is apparently no longer available on the Kobo site. Fortunately another forum member has provided details on where to obtain this version of Desktop:

-had to do the set twice, and another factory reset, then setup again, and working now

I have Windows XP, I wonder if it is about time changed my computer?
The Kobo told me to uninstall and re install as I was having problems with Desktop. They didn't ask which version of windows I had. Thank you for your help
