Glo HD GloHD won't connect to internet

As of this week, my GloHD has stopped being able to connect to the internet. When I try to connect, it asks for the password, and after I enter this (correctly), it 'thinks' for a while and then gives me an error message which reads:

Unable to join "[network name]". Please try again.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? (I'm not sure if it relates just to the GloHD or to other Kobo models too.) I have tried with both my home wifi and using my iPhone as a hotspot, but the result is the same.

I've been experiencing this issue as well, before and after updating to the newest firmware revision for my device.

In the end, I factory reset my Kobo and then it was able to connect to the internet again. I wasn't keen to do it as I had to re-add all my sideloaded books (and lost all the reading stats), but it did solve the problem
