Book rejected by Marvin

Marvin seems to have a thing against Lavie Tidhar's books. It was unhappy with Osama and today it gives me this enigmatic message:

calibre, version 1.14.0
Send to device: Warnings reported while sending to Marvin.

The following book was rejected by Marvin:
- 'The Violent Century' by Lavie Tidhar

The book was converted from AZW3 by Calibre, which is a process I have performed many times without any issues. Any idea what Marvin (latest version, and latest Calibre plugin) might be upset about?

OK - I fiddled around with the conversion settings and the option "Flatten epub file structure" seemed to cure it. Most mysterious.

@ChristopherTD - I'm sorry about this. It's a bug that made it into 2.5. The new 2.5.5 that should be available later this will will solve this.

@Kris - No problem, I found a solution. In this instance I have the hardback to fall back on anyway! I might read a physical book over Christmas break. What heresy!

I was having the same problem and stumbled across this thread doing a Google search.

I've been having the same problem (bought Marvin two days ago) and while I've just updated the app, the problem persists, though only with a few books.

I'm using an iPad Mini with the latest version of iOS7.

Yes, that fixed things - I reconverted the book using the default settings (that previously had failed) and the transfer worked. Many thanks!
