Arc7 unresponsive.
Hello.
I'm trying to fix a kobo arc 7 for a friend and I'm hoping you can help. The orange indicator light is solid when the device is plugged in or not. Trying to turn it on does nothing but brighten a black screen fit a few seconds. It seems it is actually turning on but the screen isn't.
