Calibre 1 - Amazon EMail / SMTP

The send to email in 1.0 (64bit) does not seem to work in new version? It still work in prior version, I have not tried in the 32bit version, has anyone else had the problem?

There haven't been any changes to emailling in 1.0. From that error message it looks like something is blocking calibre, perhaps a firewall or anti-virus program?
