Not Detecting Fire HD in Windows 7
I'm running windows 7, which detects the device fine. I have the newest version of Calibre, updated yesterday I believe. These are the specs. TIA!

Thanks! I am not sure what is different about today. I did try the reboot the other day, but it didn't do it. Today - works like a charm :-) Hope everything on your side of the world is going well today. Mumbai is a beautiful city.

Try different usb cable/usb port. That is an error communicating with the device, there isn't anything that can be done about it at the calibre level.
