Who or what company do you use for editing? I have done my own in the past and at times it has bit me in butt=)

I'm interested in reading your book. Are you going to be putting it up for sale anywhere else say like smashwords? I don't have a kindle.

Hi,

I use Red Adept Publishing http://redadeptpublishing.com/ for all of my titles except the first two (and it shows.) I also recommend getting two proofreaders as well, as you can never have too many. No, don't do it yourself--this is one area that it pays for itself if you get someone else.

I have an agreement with Amazon and so won't be selling it anywhere else (although the time might come where I'll be selling it right from my site--but that's none too soon.)

You could pick it up from there and then use this converter:
