Greetings from Chiang Mai, in northern Thailand
Sawasdee Khrup, as a male speaker, would say, as a respectful greeting, in Thai.

Just joined today; feel like, as the old song said: "a one-eyed cat looking in a seafood store."

I have no small-form-factor dedicated e-reader at present, and having spent, since age five, over sixty-three years reading books voraciously, and having the great good fortune to have grown up without television, in a home surrounded by great books in fine editions and highly literate parents, don't intend to have one ... until they appear in formats closer in size to either ANSI A (American Letter) or A4 page size readable area

But, as an author, I wish to explore the new opportunities in publishing in the various e-Book formats: and this looks like the right forum.

Glad to be "aboard."
