A great Roocase carrying bag for my EE: My report about Versasport Multifunction

Hello, forum fellows!

I have just got my Edge after a ten-months long wait from the distant Buenos Aires.

I finally was very lucky, my youngest son visited the US and I happened to get a used red EE at Ebay for 300S$ in excellent condition (so far...) right at the same time he was there, so he brought it alone with him.

I did lots of research about carrying bags. Many in the range of 10" won't really be useful when you see the actual size of the device which fits into them, and the EE comes short for a few millimeters.

However, I found a jewel at Roocase, and I wanted to report about it.

At Roocase they have excellent cases and carrying bags with lots of extra pockets and padded interiors, and you can see here their catalog for the range of 11,6" netbooks, where the big Edge fits perfectly with ample extra space for cables, pendrives, stylus, adapter, cards, lamp and even a rubber keyboard. I am carrying all this inside and more.

I bought the Versasport Multifunction Carrying Case in green, because it was fashionable, compact, colorful, with pockets for money, cards and keys, plus the following:

Padded nebook compartment with velcro strap
Extra storage compartments for accessories
Detachable and adjustable padded shoulder strap
Straps can be backpack, should bag or cross-over shoulder bag

So I can carry it with my right hand using the small handles, hang it as a backpack or across my chest, all in a very small size and a light weight.

I am very happy with the bag. It was very cheap as well, as I bought it for 18.69 dollars at pcmicrostore, and I found the quality better than other bags I have had.

I hope the information will be useful.

Bye!

Those look great, Paula! Thanks for sharing. Too bad they don't have anything that will comfortably fit my new Pocket eDGe. Oh well. If I get an EE I will know where to look!
