Android GMkt browser

I have downloaded a (or the?) GMkt Browser to my PC and transported it to me Edge. When I click the .apk file Edfge askes 'do you want to install the application? Below that line it says: Allow this application to 'network communication', 'phone calls' 'storage'. If I do install: can I use it to get apps or do other usefull things? Or is it useless and better not to install?

Right now you can only search. You can't download anything.
