Help using Calibre with NookColor

My "oldsheimer" has kicked in--or I am going brain dead. I have successfully transferred a couple of books from my NC to my husband's NC several weeks ago using Calibre but now I can't remember how I did it. Could someone please give me step by step instructions how to get a book off my NC to my husband's? I have been trying for hours but all I am now getting is multiples of my books in MY Library on my NC (ugly grey covers). Also how do I get the multiples off my NC? I will be very appreciative. (Note--I am very computer illeterate.) If it makes a difference--all of my books are from B & N. My computer OS is Vista.

I will have a go, forget about transferring from your hubby's NC just think of transferring from your library on Calibre

-Open Calibre on your PC
-Add books to the library, convert to epub if necessary
-attach NC to PC with USB cord and close out the autoplay box from windows asking about opening folders etc. remember that you have to slide the green NC symbol to the right to open your NC or it will not be recognized
-Your Calibre will recognize the NC and you will see a check mark against any books it finds in your library that are already on the NC
-Highlight one or a batch of books you want to put on the NC and click on the box "send to device"
-Your done
-enjoy
