how do you upload books onto kindle from usb stick
have got a usb stick with books on have downloade on to my pc,when i send the files to my kindle using a usb connection everything looks to be transferring ok,but no books are on the kindle.thanks in advance:

Use Windows Explorer and copy the files into the "Documents" folder on the Kindle.
Perhaps they are not in a format that the Kindle recognises? If that's the case, they won't show up in the Kindle's library, even though the files are on the device. |

Transfer the books via calibre. They'll be automatically converted to a suitable format.
