How much are you willing to spend? Readers to consider are the Kindle 3, Sony PRS-350 and 650 (I think they have the two-volume Exford English Dictionary and the Oxford American English Dictionary built in, as well as 10 bilingual dictionaries), the new Pocketbook models and the Nook.

I'm willing to spend no more than 100 US $

I think you might be able to pick up a Sony PRS-600 for that price. If you live in the U.S., try calling a Target to see if they have them on clearance.

It has a dictionary, but I haven't used the device so I can't comment on how good it is.
