It's self-published and being offered free on Lulu.com (ePub for anyone who wants that format), which is probably why Amazon is part-pricematching this.

I must say that the author has an unusually nice-looking cover for a self-pub effort. Normally they look a lot more garishly amateur, but this one has a surprisingly clean, appealing, and aesthetic layout with pleasantly restrained font usage.
