Geo Restrictions on Games?
Seems that as a Canadian customer I can't "buy" the free games or Scrabble. Anyone else, outside of the USA, having this same experience?
It is frustrating for books, but games? Sheesh!

Only the US store with US accounts can currently buy the games.
If I'm logged into my UK account then it comes up as not available even if my account is linked to the US store. I've tried with a US IP address as well. It is checking the account location and you must have a US account. Last edited by Tiersten; 09-26-2010 at 06:16 PM. |

Yes, I think it is very annoying that games like Scrabble are not available for Kindle owners outside the USA.
There's only so many times I can be bothered to play Minesweeper.
