In the latest firmware 2025-08-28 a new feature has been added to NeoReader. (on my GC7 at least)
When you skip to another part of a book a black lozenge appears titled "Jump to reading position" allowing you to return to the previous page. (You can see this is action if you open the contents & select a different chapter) The thing is, the black lozenge stays around for a really long time & it obscures words at the edge of the page. With the Uniball & the floating tool bar, its a bit much. I found that clicking forward a few pages & then back will make it go away, but I was wondering if there was another way - or a way to turn it off - that anyone has discovered? |
