			Had to order a new e-reader & thought I might re-organise my ebook collection. At the moment my current save to disk template is:

	Code:
	{series}/{series_index:0>2s| [Book |] - }{authors} - {title:re(:, - )}
Obviously, I don't want the folder name to be "Green Mile, The" I want it to be 'The Green Mile', I can't see any variable that allows this change. Anyone know anything? |

			Are you using a different viewer on your Kobo. I ask, because the only way I see the folder is using Windows.

	Kobo FW now handles series (from Calibre) |

			I'm using Calibre 6.8 (Win 11), this is the template I have for "Save to disk" not 'Save to device'. This template is for saving the books to my PC.

			OK

	You do realize this does not / should not be used to affect the Calibre Library folder? Calibre Libraries should be treated as a black box and only use Calibre to rename any part of the path. |

			Yes I understand that everything inside Calire is stored in a folder, however I don't want all my books inside Calibre. I only have new books I want to transfer to my e-reader device. I save the books to disk and store them outside Calibre.
