Hi,
I have just purchased a JE200 about 8 days and I have tried several times to get help from Jointech but up to this day I have received no support from them.

the problem is my JE200 is not detected by any laptop I have tried to connect to. so far I have tried four different laptop and non seems to be able to detect my JE200, I have followed the Installation procedure but still I could not get it connectedhelp me please
