I would love to read that book but in Uk it is virtually impossble to download that book. I have family who live in Saudi .

US-only in Canada too. Although, the sufficiently determined could always set up a separate account with appropriate address and VPN proxy.

Might require another computer if one's regular OS is unhelpful at doing the multiple user thing.
