PRS-505 Page error on a epub

I recent bought a book in epub format that my Sony Reader will not let me read. I can read it on the computer but not on my reader. I start to read it I get to about the thrid page and a page error pops up and on the bottem of the page it says its on page 4 of 1.
The book itself is only a little ovea hundred pages but I did notice that it doesn't seem to have chapters as most book do. Is there any way to fix this so that I can read it on my reader without getting in over my head tech wise?

Assuming it's not DRM'd, you could try doing a conversion using calibre. I've found that's sorted out a few problems in the past.

I can't recall for certain off the top of my head, but I think you can use calibre to do a "conversion" from epub to epub, which would eliminate any problems arising from converting to and back from an intermediate format.

Alternatively, you could try editing the file using Sigil - or at least using it to see if there's anything obviously wrong on page 3 or 4.
