Kindle DX software
Need info on Kindle DX. Can books such as the bible be loaded and book, chapter, and verse called up to read?

It depends on the format. I would say that if it's PDF then you won't get much functionality. Mobi is probably ideal. Take a look at Calibre, it manages your ebooks and can convert it to proper format for the Kindle. BTW, Kindle 2 and Kindle DX have the same features, except for the auto-rotation which is present only on DX.

I bought a Bible from the Amazon kindle store. New American Standard. It has a great table of contents you can go to book/chapter/ but not individual verses. (Easy to find the verse you want except for long chapters like psalm 119)
