Site-Scooping?
Say that there is a page I would like to site-scoop into an ePub book.
Let's say, this page Furthermore, let's say that all I really want scooped are the lists of stories—the "Chronological Listing" panel of the table and the "Chakat Universe" list beneath that table. Assume these need to be scooped to a depth of two, because some of them are links to their own tables of contents. Is there a way to do this using Calibre to convert it all to an e-book? |

As near as I can tell, web2disk will simply copy the site onto my hard drive. I can do that already with wget.
It doesn't really answer my question about how to make Calibre convert selected portions of it to e-book format, either way. |

Write a custom recipe. Extensively documented in several places.
