New FCC filing - who can interprete?
So who can take guesses at what this might be? It's exciting, whatever it is.

Geez. I *think* based on the wording throughout the filing it's for a DIGITAL BADGE; not an eReader.

There are LED and eink digital badges. Most are standalone.
They can be programmed, according to model with USB (cheapest). IR NFC Bluetooth WiFi. I never saw ones that needed the Internet. I have an LED USB model and three local supermarket chains use an eink version as price labels (which take no power once programmed with the handheld terminal). |

Looking at the list of Netronix filings, I would suspect that the NOI-H40D11 could be a cousin to the NOI-H3750B.
As far I recall, all the Netronix Kobo device listings are listed as NOIKBNxyza where Nxyxa was the Kobo model designation (N705 or N204B for instance). Netronix Inc |
