Device don´t synchronice
My e-reader does not synchronize through wifi or through the Kobo desktop application. In both cases the error is "synchronization failed".
When I open the desktop application I also get the error: 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. I am using the latest firmware version Firmware 4.38.21908 for the Libra H2O FNAC. With the previous version it didn't work either so I had to do this sideloaded upgrade.
