remove download option

Hi,
Is it possible to remove the download option in the panel of the content server and to keep only the read option ?
The goal is to limit the number of copies of a book.

Just set up User Accounts (permissions)
Preferences :sharing over the net
Mine is 'Everyone Else ' (not allowed to make changes)
It has a weak password

No you cannot limit the number of times a book is downloaded.

Thank you for your answer.
In fact :
I just want to keep only the "read" button and the "x" button on the content server screen listing the books of the library.
Is it an easy way to remove action buttons other than "read" and "x" (cancel) from the template (apparently the book_details panel of the content server)
I dont know here the template is located and how to modify it.

No there is no easy way to do that and note that simply removing a button does not prevent users from downloading books, just makes it slightly harder.
