Power outage during FTS indexng

I left re-indexing to run overnight, but the power went out. Calibre picked up where it left off, but could it have left a book unindexed or partially-indexed?

Not unless there is a bug in the code, which is unlikely as sqlite is very well tested even against these types of scenarios.
