Sending books to library from device gives me a gibberish name
I think I broke something while I was poking around with things I don't understand and I hope you can help. Sometimes I end up with books on my Android device that I want to add to my main library on the pc, however when I right-click and "add books to library" it adds them with a gibberish name. Is there a way for me to tell it how to name the books when adding them?

What format are these books in? Have disabled reading of metadata from files of that format?

They're all EPUB. I may have disabled metadata without meaning to while I was poking around at the options and trying to learn more about Calibre. Could it be using the filename as a title?
