Weird behaviour: viewer shows only picture, no text

I just started using Calibre on Win10 and noticed some weird behaviour in the viewer with this epub.

When I navigate to the "preface" (the page after the cover) the viewer just shows a big image of the Creative Commons logo. When I open the file with the Calibre editor or other software (I tried it e.g. on my Pocketbook, KoReader on Android and EPUBreader in Firefox) the page is display properly (some text with the CC logo at the end).

Do I have to change some settings in Calibre to get the file displayed correctly in the viewer or is this a bug?

The Preface is Marked as the Cover Page

The CC logo is marked as the Cover Image

Both are an easy fix with The Calibre Editor.
In the Calibre Editor (T from the book list) In the file browser pane: Right click on cover.html (in the Text section) : Mark as Cover
Do the same for the file in the IMAGES section
Save

(Running debug, show 2 duplicate ID and a host of other possible (to some devices) issues. You can elect to have the editor repair all as you desire.
