Metadata add delay
How do you make it so the metadata download for each book has a delay between them so the website you fetch the api from doesn't ban you for exessive pageloads? For example downloading metadata for a single book then waiting 10 seconds then continuing onto the next book.

There is already a Tweaksetting , I believe it defaults to 6 seconds
As you surmised, shortening that can get You (and possibly all Calibre users) banned from that site. |

Hmmm... the only delay I could find in Tweaks is the 301 second delay for sending emails. I found no tweaks with a delay setting for metadata download.

As far as I know, there was never a setting for it. If you want to change it you will need to modify the source. And its fairly complex to do, since the metadata downlaod system is plugin based but look in sources/identify.py
