Help - Error Message when installing Calibre

When installing calibre-64bit-5.33.2 I get this error message:
“There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor”.

I have used Windows 10's System File Checker (SFC) scannow command to fix problem but this message comes out: "Windows Resource Protection did not find any system violations"

How do you find out what Windows DLL files are missing?

Where did you GET the Calibre download? (there are sleeze buckets out there that Sell and adulterate the official FREE download)

That is Good.
Been so long that I had those kind of issues. Was there a option to see a install log?

Problem solved !!.
I have updated to the latest version of Windows 10, and once the PC has restarted, I have installed Calibre again without problems!

Ah! I have run into cases where a Windows update (background phase) did things before a reboot that messed up existing apps.
As soon as the reboot phase completed, all was happy again.
