Where are the Settings saved? (new PC)

Hi,
I moved to a new PC and would like to get all the old Settings from Calibre.
(I did not know about the export/import function)

I have installed Calibre then overwrote plugins and resources in the Installation path, then after starting Calibre I transferred everything from the old Appdata folder to the new one.

The Plugins are there, but I still need:
The settings for the columns + settings for Fanfictionfare.
Where are those saved?

metadata.db in your library folder.

FanFicFare has Configure > Other > View Library Preferences, but it's also stored inside metadata.db.

2 Places (because of usage context)
In metadata.db for EACH Library, so just restore the FULL Libraries and the part is done

Then there is the Per (PC) USER FOLDER in appdata
This has all the User settings (that are not per/Library) and all the Plugins with their settings

it´s in the folder where the epubs are saved... great, gonna check that.

Is it possible to make some settings for every library? Like FFF ini?

When you MAKE a new Library. Switch/Create there is a Tick box Copy Structure
That is it FOR PER LIBRARY SETTINGS

It's not 'eyeball checkable', per library settings are stored in the library database (metadata.db), which is in the library folder.

The JobSpy plugin has some Per Library Tweaks for a few of the normally global settings - e.g. Tweak for Per-Library: 'Auto-Add Directory': They are in the plugin's configuration dialogue - make sure you read the tool tip before activating a Per Library tweak.
