[suggestion] Improvement toolbars comment editor

It's cool that the toolbars now uses all the available width, but its current behavior is not the best in my opinion.
Currently, each tool is positioned as much as possible. It would be nice to rearrange the positioning by group of tools as in the picture, instead one by one.
This would not change the optimal use of the space, but would make it easier to find a particular tool.
(btw, when zooming in on the image you can see the rest of the previous grouping of tools)
