Error installing 5.28.0
Hi,
I'm using 5.26 64-bit and I'm trying to install 5.28.0 but I got a strange error as depicted in the image.
Can someone help me?

See Update/Installation error on Windows 10

Some people have been able to work around by installing as Admin

I only had to uninstall/reinstall.
