Errors "Additional titles"

I have manually added files and directories to the library directory. Now, while checking the library, the errors "Additional titles" and "Additional authors" appeared.

How can these errors be corrected?

NEVER mess with the contents of the Library folder using the OS. That is why you got that message.

OK to recover:
1)Right click On the Library Icon (in Calibre): Switch-Create Library:Create an Empty Library in a new Location (eg NewLib):TICK the copy Structure (This makes all the custom column stuff as well as settings): OK

once done you will be on the new Library (no books)
2)Use the Library icon to switch back to the original (usually Calibre Library)
3)Select All Books (ctrl-A): Right-click on a title:Copy yo Library <NewLib>elete after copy. When that is done, the original Library appears empty TO CALIBRE.
4) Switch to NewLib. You should see all the books you did before.
Now you are ready to do the rest correctly
5) Right click Add Books:Add from folders and Sub Folders:Navigate to you OLD Library folder:OK This will grab a fresh copy from what was leftover (because Calibre did not know it was there) from the move.
Once done: the old Library can be offloaded / whatever AFTER you check thing came in successfully
