Custom tag edit or delete

I created a new column. "Origin", to track where each book came from. I added a few custom tags for the new column. But I mistyped one tag and now I can't find a way to correct it or delete it. How do I do this?

Go to the same place you used to Create your column.
Select it: The click Edit on the right:
Now you are allowed to add that value
right click the Value in the Tag Editor: Edit Permissible Values...

I didn't quite follow that but in trying to do so, I found another way. There's a list of columns on the left. Clicking the arrow on the far left in front of the column name opens a list of tags for that column. Right-clicking a tag opens a drop-down menu with several options including "Rename" and "Delete. Just what I was looking for.

Goval has included everything in Calibre, but it's not always obvious where.

Another easy way would be to do a search for all books that have the ‘bad’ tag. When that list is displayed you could simply select all of them and then hit Edit Metadata and use that screen to remove the bad tag and (optionally) add the good one you should have used.
