Convert Individually > Page Setup > Margins Different from Preferences

I might just be blind and not seeing things right, but under Preferences > Change Calbre Behavior > Common Options > Page Setup, I've got the Margins set to all zero. If I go back to the Library and do a Bulk Convert, Page Setup agrees with that. But, if I do a Convert Individually, Page Setup shows the old default margins of 5 pts all around. Is that expected behavior?

Thanks, Kovid. Selecting all my books, going to Edit Metadata > Edit Metadata in Bulk > "Remove Stored Conversion Settings for the Selected Books" on the "Basic Metadata" tab fixed it.
